The LCD toy Digimon Pendulum was first released in October 1998 as the successor to the original “Digital Monster” series. It gained popularity thanks to its built-in pendulum mechanism. The updated “Digimon Pendulum COLOR” series features a renewed design with a full-color LCD screen.

The latest entries in this series are Digimon Pendulum COLOR 6 SAIYU WARRIORS and Digimon Pendulum COLOR 7 TOHOBRAVES.

Two body color variations are available:

Digimon Pendulum COLOR 6 – Red and yellow

Digimon Pendulum COLOR 7 – White and red

The overall design of the device follows the original shape released in 1998, just like the previously launched models COLOR 1 to COLOR 5 and COLOR ZERO.

It has been updated to include a color LCD screen and a built-in rechargeable battery, all without increasing the device’s size.

The new models continue to use a color display, bringing characters and backgrounds vividly to life.

The built-in rechargeable battery can be charged using the included USB Type-C charging cable. A USB port on a computer or compatible device is required for charging.

Digimon Lineup & Themes

The featured Digimon are based on the Toho Digital World concept.

COLOR 6 SAIYU WARRIORS includes 31 Digimon inspired by mythical creatures and characters from Chinese folklore and Journey to the West. The setting is the Primitive Continent and includes Digimon like Seitengokuumon.

COLOR 7 TOHOBRAVES features 31 Digimon rooted in Japanese mythology, such as Amaterasumon, and takes place on the island of Ashino.

The built-in acceleration sensor supports the classic Pendulum function—the number of times you swing the device influences your Digimon’s training results and battle power.

The device includes various support systems:

Cold Mode: Halts growth in cold temperatures, and prevents loss of hunger or muscle strength.

Backup System: Saves one Digimon in training. The saved Digimon can also serve as a Jogress partner if you have no one to connect with.
